- 63 years old man
- Chronic Neck Pain
- Left Arm pain, Weakness, Dysesthesia
- Unable to sleep
Exam
- Left Triceps weakness 4/5
- Left C6&C7 dermatomal distribution decreased sensation
X Rays
NECK SURGERY
Diagnosis- Cervical MRI
- C5-6 and C6-7 Disc Protrusions
- Impingement of the Left C6 abd C7 nerves
- Left C6 and C7 CT guided nerve root injections failed significantly helped for 6 weeks but then symptoms returned to the pre-injection level

- Left Triceps weakness

- Upper extremities brisk reflexes
